The Equine distal limb from the inside Theory and wet lab
On Friday the 8th November 2019


Theoretical and practical 1-day arthroscopy course providing you with the opportunity to refine and practice your surgical technique for arthroscopy of the digital flexor tendon sheath, the navicula bursa and the fetlock joint (dorsal and palmar) including standing arthroscopy of the fetlock.

Lectures related to the surgery will be given by Dr. Bruce Bladon, BVM&S Cert EP DESTS Dipl ECVS MRCVS from Donnington Grove supported by Dr. Maria Fugazzola, DVM, Dr.med.vet., Dipl. ECVS from Burg Müggenhausen. There will be two theoretical and two practical parts. The laboratories (wet-labs) will be taking place in groups of 2 people per arthroscopic station in order to give as much opportunity as possible to practice. The number of participants is limited to 18 veterinarians (9 teams).

The course will be given in English. With ATF credits: 7 hours
